PHENOTYPE: Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele display impaired T and B cell responses to antigen receptor stimulation. Mice for a second knock-out allele show enlarged lymph nodes and increased lymph node cellularity but not significantly altered polyclonal T-cell responses. [provided by MGI curators]
