PHENOTYPE: Homozygous null mice exhibit altered plasma clot lysis and may show reduced bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis, impaired healing of cutaneous wounds and colonic anastomoses, altered glomerular structure, or complement-mediated lethal inflammation after LPS sensitization.
