MGI Phenotype FUNCTION: This gene encodes a member of the chromodomain/helicase/DNA-binding domain family of chromatin remodeling enzymes. This protein has been found to be specifically involved in transcription initiation and elongation. Homozygous knockout mice exhibit impaired motor coordination.
